Program Registration

Clutch Academy programs are designed to help students build confidence, courage, communication skills, leadership, and decision-making through guided lessons, reflection, and interactive activities.

Registration is only confirmed once payment has been completed.

Payments

All payments must be made through the official Clutch Academy website or approved payment link. Prices are listed clearly before checkout.

 

Refund Policy

All payments are final. Clutch Academy does not offer refunds or partial refunds for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or unused program time.

If a session is canceled by Clutch Academy, we will make a reasonable effort to reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative.

Sponsorships and Contributions

Sponsorship

Sponsorships and contributions help support student access, program materials, resources, scholarships, and Clutch Academy programming.

​

A sponsorship or contribution does not guarantee placement for a specific student unless that arrangement has been confirmed directly by Clutch Academy.

Student Participation

Students are expected to participate respectfully, listen to instructors, and treat other students with kindness. Clutch Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a session if their behavior disrupts the learning environment or creates safety concerns.

Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for making sure students attend scheduled sessions on time and have the necessary technology, materials, and supervision needed for virtual participation.

Virtual Program Access

For virtual sessions, families are responsible for having a working internet connection, device, and access to the session link. Clutch Academy is not responsible for technical issues caused by internet outages, device problems, or user-side connection issues.

Media and Student Privacy

Clutch Academy respects student privacy. Student names, photos, videos, or work will not be publicly shared for promotional purposes without parent or guardian permission.

Changes to Programs

Clutch Academy may update program dates, times, materials, or offerings when necessary. Any major changes will be communicated to registered families.
