Service Description

The Confidence Lab is an 8-session virtual lab for rising 4th–6th graders that teaches students step-by-step tools to conquer fear, build confidence, and handle pressure in real-life moments. Students will learn how to make tough decisions, speak up, bounce back from mistakes, and use their past experiences as proof that they can do hard things.
